I booked a rental car while mine is in the shop. Signed the rental agreement and they happily gave me a car with worn “all-seasons” (5/32). It’s zero degrees with freezing cold and rain/snow in the forecast. So those tire were a hard NO!

They found a car with winter tires instead.

If you’re in tire industry, tell your kids and friends about importance of proper tires for their specific road and weather conditions. Tell them to check the tires and say NO to the wrong tires.
